This location is brand new. It used to be in the strip mall behind it but they just built a new free standing location. I visited about a month ago on a busy saturday morning. The coffee was hot and the egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches were hot and very tasty.
I visited today and took advantage of the drive thru. Since I was on my way to work, it is very important to have a quick drive thru. The menu board was displayed nicely and I was greeted immediately as I drove up. The speaker was clear and I could hear everything the woman was saying. My drink was ready as soon as I pulled up and I was given my change quickly. Great location! -

The drive thru lady was rude and unprofessional. I ordered a medium cold brew $2 special from 2-6pm. She did not honor the special and told me it excludes cold brew. I told her the menu says $2 cold brew. She walked over to the drive thru menu I met her with my car and sure enough the $2 special was there. She spoke to me like I was a fool, did not offer a refund and did not apologize until I called her out on it.
Worst customer service period. -

Fan of DD coffee for years. The coffee at this location is very inconsistent tasting where some times it is more bitter and tastes watered down. It's hard to hide flavor differences when you drink it black w/o all that cream and overloads of sugar most people put in it. Don't have any issues like this at the DD downtown near my office so wonder what is going on here...

Same issue as a other yelper with a female manager. Rude, angry, demanded they didn't have menu items, and couldn't even make a drink correctly. I used to be a Dunkin fan but will never come to this location again. I would advise everyone just go to the Starbucks across the street. It's busier because of the quality.

Went in on a Sunday and there was no line, which I thought was a plus since I've waited over 15 minutes before at another coffee chain. Nope. Cashier was rude. This was my first experience at a Dunkin Donuts and my last. Don't treat customers as an inconvenience to you. I'm sure there are better local places to go for a donut and coffee.
